It was a fitting option for a weekend break in Ankara with decent value for money. On my birthday, they surprised me with a slice of cake and wine, a nice touch.

Liked our nicely furnished and generous-sized rooms in this place.
Had a really good stay for business trip. The location was magnificent and stunning, just a short stroll away from a multi - purpose stadium. An open market and a market were right next door...

A splendid blend of history and luxury
The fine view of Ankara Castle captured our hearts. The hotel exudes historical charm while offering all modern comforts, like a large and well-appointed room with exquisite decor. Especially Mr Yiğit Sarikaya, were attentive. The picturesque terrace is perfect for watching the sunset over the city.
Although the hotel is beautiful and unique, it is a bit removed from the main attractions was good. The restaurant service could also use improvement, as we encountered language barriers and some missing menu items during our meals.

The Supirior King Room had a spacious design that felt luxurious. Carpeted floors added warmth, while the tv and electric kettle were convenient touches. Breakfast was served at the table, not buffet style. Staff maintained perfect cleanliness throughout the hotel. The restaurant offered excellent food, and the helpful staff were always around when needed. Location near the museum and Ankara Castle was perfect for exploring. On the downside, I found the ironing policy frustrating, as it incurs an additional charge. Noise from the street could be heard at times, which might disturb light sleepers during busy hours. Nevertheless, my overall experience felt special and unique.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace with fine views.
I found the staff at the restaurant to be inattentive. I had to constantly wave down someone for coffee, quite frustrating. The atmosphere in the dining area felt chaotic, and my meal was incorrect when it arrived, leading to a rather disappointing dining experience.

For one the restoration achievement of the Han was absolutely noteworthy of primary recognition. The calm yet distinctive ambiance created inside the Divan cukurhan makes one think about what contemporary creation can achieve without having to detach from the past traditions. The surely connoisseur of an interior designer and architect have worked seamlessly together to generate a harmonious nostalgic and hospitable space. The indoor moat around the well furnished lounge area, the solid wooden doors and beams lining the restoration and grouting of stone walls and under the glassed skylight roof was truly a humbling experience to be enveloped in. The management of the staff shun through the deceptively absence of bodies, it seemed that the service didn't get in the way, but somehow was on immediate call when needed. This was highly impressive and appreciative.
As one to always attempt to play devils advocate I must point out that there is room for improvement for the gym, which seems to break away from the entire hotels and museum's richness. Albeit a small adjustment, for those who would visit the 'leisure' side of a hotel's facilities, it would highly be welcomed to be in line with the surrounding jewel of a building they have chosen to stay in.

Thoroughly enjoyed this clean and stylish place, efficient staff and new-fashioned rooms. I ate at an excellent restaurant with friendly staff. The location was magnificent and stunning, at a moderate distance from a superb museum. Took a walk around city center, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Wonderful. Very helpful staff. The room was superb with great furnishings and very comfortable. Great location near the old city/castle/bazaar and just a short taxi ride to the business district if you are in Ankara for work. Also very good value for money.

This is an A-1 hotel. It has been lovingly restored and is just beautiful. It is the most unusual hotel that I have ever stayed. All the room are around a courtyard. We had a room that had a partial city view and was just the top of luxury. The bathroom was better than my one at home!!! This was an old Inn, built in the 1500's for travelers on the silk road. If you are near Ankara...come and stay here. Ankara really is a very interesting city. It looks dull from the highway, but is is really quite nice.
